They have found that people who exercise regularly exhibit less brain activity associated with stress, particularly in the prefrontal cortex, which in turn lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease. Greetings, my Dear Master. I want to share with You about the food business that my family has started. My father, mother and I started this business in August 2021. First, we started it with whatever we had at home, and then over time, with the Blessings that came from You, our work has expanded. The first dish on our menu was falafel, and later we added aash (an Iranian dish), samosas and herb patties. Our intention for this job is to help spread veganism and provide vegan meals to our fellow human beings. We had difficulties; but by God’s Grace, we were able to overcome them.
After our progress in this job, I thought about how we can start a Loving Hut restaurant. I asked my father what would be required for starting a Loving Hut restaurant. But he told me, “My daughter, we can’t do this in Iran!” I was very sad. That night, I came home and desperately prayed to You, hoping that very soon, Iran would be more free, so we too could join the Loving Hut restaurants group.
After hearing the message of Mother Earth that the Earth is going to be destroyed, I felt very sorry and asked God to give people awareness, so that they wake up from their slumber and become vegan and the world won’t fall apart!
