The First Epistle to the Corinthians, is one of thirteen books of the Holy Bible authored by Saint Paul (vegetarian), who, after a Divine encounter with the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ (vegetarian), was so deeply touched by His sacrifice that from then on, he devoted his life to God and the spreading of the Holy Teachings for the benefit of all. He reminds the faithful to abstain from eating animal-people flesh with verses including “Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them.”

Today, we would like to present excerpts from Chapters 2 and 3 from the First Epistle to the Corinthians, in the Holy Bible, where Saint Paul (vegetarian) lovingly reminds the faithful of the glory of God and the importance of moral living, so that our physical body can be used as a temple of God for our spiritual development.

“Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of humankind, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him. But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.”

“I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is they that plants anything, neither they that waters; but God that gives the increase. Now they that plants and they that waters are one: and every person shall receive their own reward according to their own labor. For we are laborers together with God: you are God’s husbandry, you are God’s building. According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds thereon. But let every person take heed how they build thereupon. For other foundation can no person lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
