In today’s news, the European Union will fund a base for aid to Afghanistan, Indonesian Red Cross provides relief after eruptions, Chinese students win prize for solar-powered house in UAE, new buildings in United Kingdom to have electric vehicle charging points, fifth graders elect new Kid Governor in Connecticut, vegan fish and chips now available in Australia, and dog-people save family from fire in United States.

Northern neighbor to host humanitarian headquarters.

With sponsorship from the European Union, Uzbekistan will establish a base for aid to Afghanistan in Termez. The former Soviet republic was instrumental in the emergency evacuation of EU nationals after the Taliban takeover. As an expression of its appreciation, the European Union would like to cooperate with Uzbekistan on fostering stability and peace in Afghanistan. The EU will be working alongside UNHCR, the United Nations Refugee Agency, which began using Termez as a hub for transferring food and other supplies in October 2021. The European Union is a recipient of four Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Peace, and a Shining World Leadership Award for Earth Protection; as well as a laureate of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism and Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Unconditional World Care and True Caring. Uzbekistan is a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion laureate. Our sincere gratitude, European Union, Uzbekistan, and UNHCR, for joining forces to mitigate suffering in Afghanistan. May we develop more of our compassion and remember to care for others the way we want to be treated, in Heaven’s benevolence.

Hundreds of families affected by natural disaster.

The eruption of Mount Semeru on the island of Java buried entire villages in ash and mudflows, displacing thousands of people. The Indonesian Red Cross sent rescue vehicles and personnel to the area with ready-to-eat food supplies, blankets, tarps for shelter and hygiene kits. In addition, the agency delivered over 65,000 surgical masks to reduce inhalation of volcanic contaminants while also protecting people from COVID-19. Emergency teams set up field kitchens for preparing fresh meals, while multiple tankers provided clean drinking water. We feel your shock and anguish with heavy hearts, citizens of Indonesia. In Allah’s tender Mercies, may you find the strength to press forward through these challenges and ultimately reach brighter tomorrows. Vegan: tested positive 4 spiritual inclination.

Up next, Chinese students win prize for solar-powered house in UAE. Let’s take a moment to thank the remittance transfer providers who receive money from senders and arrange for beneficiaries in other cities or countries to be paid. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more forward-thinking news.

Good day, radiant viewers! I’m Mikey, a vegan dad from the Patagonian Mara kingdom. Whenever I hear about more of my human co-inhabitants switching to a benevolent, plant-based diet, my heart jumps for joy! It’s going to be a bright, sunshiny day when we’re all on the same vegan page together. Here’s a tip on more effective ways to praise your children. If you’re like me, you frequently say “Good job” to your kids. What’s wrong with that? It’s too general and doesn’t go deep enough. Instead, try giving your little ones specific feedback on their efforts or behavior. Look for opportunities to say things like “You were a big help to me,” “I’m so proud of you,” “You really tried your best,” and “That’s very thoughtful of you.” Expressions like these, tailored to particular situations, will boost your children’s confidence, encourage self-reflection and assist in overcoming challenges. Love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet thus save the world! Thank you for your attention, and here’s the weather around our beautiful globe.

International competition sparks new construction ideas.

The second Solar Decathlon Middle East (SDME) was organized by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) during the World Expo in the United Arab Emirates. Eight groups of university students from around the world vied to design and assemble the best sustainable house. The entries were judged on a total of ten criteria that included architecture, innovation, comfort, net-zero energy efficiency, and smart technology. Building plans also needed to factor in the southern Persian Gulf’s heat, dust, and humidity. The South China University of Technology participants won first place, followed by teams from the University of Sharjah and the University of Bahrain, who came in second and third. Our delighted applause, all prize winners, and our thanks to the organizers. May enlightened thinking and selfless cooperation like yours pave the way to a golden future, in Celestial delight.

Government advances cleaner air with required equipment.

All original construction and significant renovations in the United Kingdom must now include charge points for electric vehicles. The recent law helps the country prepare for 2030 when new cars that use petroleum for fuel will be banned. Officials calculate that homes, supermarkets, offices, and shopping centers will supply 145,000 additional charging stations each year. Properties that are being restored and have more than ten parking spaces will also need to comply. The current initiative is part of the UK’s plan to reach net-zero emissions by 2050 and complements 250,000 private and public charging points already installed. The United Kingdom is a laureate of the Shining World Leadership for Caring Award, Shining World Wise Leadership Award, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, Animal Protection and Kindness. Bravo, British government, for responding to global warming. We pray that you will courageously take the ultimate step and proclaim the need for your population to be vegan, in elevating Divinity.

Children learn about government by running for office.

The Connecticut Democracy Center in the United States envisions a society where all citizens are knowledgeable about the political process. Toward this end, it initiated an annual program in 2015 called Connecticut’s Kid Governor. Fifth-grade students are encouraged to research issues they feel are important, write up proposed policies, and record campaign videos. Schools hold primaries to select candidates for the statewide election, and the winner of that serves a one-year term. For 2022, Makhi Ettienne-Modeste is the state’s Kid Governor, with a mandate to prevent animal-people cruelty. The young leader intends to produce posters for increasing awareness, teach children to recognize signs of abuse and raise funds for animal-people shelters. Congratulations, Makhi, and our gratitude to the Connecticut Democracy Center for such a constructive approach to education. May today’s children become wise and humane leaders, in Cosmic upliftment. Vegan: cuz we r not dead carcass devouring monsters.

Coming up, vegan fish and chips now available in Australia. We will take a few moments to thank God for guiding and protecting us throughout the pandemic. We pray to become better instruments of the Divine for meaningful life to continue on Earth. More engaging news when we return! Please stay with us here on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Generous News for a Benevolent World.

Unconventional restaurant gets rave reviews.

In Perth, Western Australia, two vegan friends are on a mission to sway people’s opinion in favor of plant-based eating. Co-owners Kylie Pogorzelski and Erin O’Brien have opened Nuthin Fyshy, a fast-food shop that features imitation seafood and burgers accompanied by deep-fried potatoes. Chef O’Brien uses protein and fiber from plants like soy and konjac to recreate the texture and flavor of traditional dishes. She also makes her own vegan feta cheese, mayonnaise, and tartar sauce. Ms. Pogorzelski says, “We want to show you can still enjoy absolutely beautiful fish and chips as a vegan. The substitute has to be as good as the real product because we want to change hearts and minds.” Way to go, Nuthin Fyshy! May your delicious creations inspire more Aussies to stop consuming animal-people, in the guidance of the Providence.

A family survives calamity thanks to furry angels.

In Tennessee, USA, a mother, her children, and a nephew were awakened by nonstop barking early on a weekday morning. They soon discovered their house was on fire and barely had enough time to get outside before flames engulfed the entire place. Stephanie Beasley credits the two dog-people in her life, Kash and Stormie, with saving everyone’s life. In an interview with WSMV News4 Nashville, she explained that there were no smoke detectors in the house and added, “If the dogs wouldn’t have woke us up, we probably wouldn’t be here right now.” God bless you, Kash and Stormie, for your life-saving actions that alerted your human family to the danger they were facing. In Heavenly wisdom, may we always appreciate the blessings and assistance we receive from our animal-people co-inhabitants.

Take it easy and smile more with our joke of the day called “First Impression.”

During a job interview, the hiring manager asked the applicant to talk about himself.

“So, Mr. Stevens, is there any special ability that you would bring to our company?”

“Oh yes, ma’am, that would be my motivational skill.”

“Oh really, why do you say that? Can you give me an example?”

“Sure! My coworkers always say they have to work twice as hard when I’m around!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Po-Yuan in Pingtung, Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

Dear Supreme Master Ching Hai and Supreme Master TV team, I would like to start off by thanking you all for working diligently for the spiritual wellness of humankind. I am a Christian, and I love studying the Holy Bible. I was very happy when I came across the following passage on your website: “So, we have to control ourselves; we have to know what’s good and what’s bad. Read the Bible or the scripture of your religion. Really study well to see what the scripture tells you to do. All the tips in any scripture of any religion tell you how to survive here, how you can save the planet, how to live well and how to go to Heaven afterwards. It’s all in the scriptures; it’s not me saying anything.” (Excerpt from the lecture “Going Veg Is Enough to Save the Planet.”)

Although I am not familiar with the teachings of your group, I have studied the Bible for almost 50 years and have some basic understanding of its teachings. I am also involved in Bible education. Although Catholicism/Christianity has a 2,000-year history, the Bible’s teachings have often been misrepresented, and its true meanings may not have reached us intact. Thus, there are thousands of Christian denominations today, each with its own assertions, even putting down and criticizing one another. If your team is interested, I would like to share with you some of my understanding of the original messages of the Bible, as well as information about why there are so many denominations today. My purpose is not to debate or denounce. I simply want to share with you my understanding of the Bible because disseminating the Bible’s teachings is such a sacred and serious responsibility. It is stated in the Bible: “Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching; continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and your hearers.” (First Timothy 4:16)

I thank you again for your dedication and caring endeavor to save the human race. Respectfully, Po-Yuan from Pingtung, Taiwan (Formosa)

Attentive Po-Yuan, It is our pleasure to hear from you, and we thank you for your kind thoughts. The quote from the website was spoken by our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai and encourages us all to learn and find guidance and inspiration from reading the Holy scriptures. May Heavenly gifts fill your days and those of the fine Taiwanese (Formosan) people. In Universal Love, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master has this appreciative reply for you: “Faithful Po-Yuan, we are all one in the eyes of the Divine, without boundaries or separation. To have the good fortune to read the teachings of the many enlightened Masters who have come here to help us is such a Blessing and this enables us to be ever closer to God. We are blessed multifold more if we even understand the profound holy meaning therein. I embrace you with Love and pray that you and bountiful Taiwan (Formosa) may always know peace and joy through God’s Grace.”

“We all know that there are rules that make the world function better. So, Judaism is a religion that takes that up and really provides a strong basis for that. And animal protection has to be a part of that.” ~ The Reverend Rabbi Jonathan Klein (vegan)
