There are so many great vegan sauces you can buy to conveniently support a healthy plant-exclusive lifestyle. However, sometimes the sauce jar lid is difficult to remove. Today, I'd like to offer a tip on how to open a stubborn jar using a spoon. Hold your spoon in one hand and grasp the jar with the other. Slide the spoon into the crevice between the lid and the glass. Gently apply upward and outward pressure to break the seal, aiming for a "pop" sound. If the seal persists, simply rotate the jar and repeat the motion around the edge of the lid. The popping sound indicates the pressure is released and you can easily twist off the lid.
