In the minds of those who meditate on the True Word (which can only be received through a Master) is joy, bliss; and they remain imbued with the Lord’s Love.
Only if one meets an Enlightened Master (True Guru), one will not have to go through the cycle of reincarnation again; the suffering of birth and death will be taken away. Through the (Master’s) Perfect word (Shabad), all understanding is obtained. Remembering the Enlightened Master, one remains absorbed in Naam, the Name of the Lord. Taking refuge in a Master, the Immaculate Naam itself, over-fresh, and the Lord comes to abide within the mind.
