(I wonder...We should always maintain a positive attitude. But the negative energy from many people around us has a lot of impact on us.) We have to change it gradually. But at least you can maintain that positive spirit, without being harmed. Also, by reciting the Holy Names to protect you, you can avoid being affected by them negatively. (Yes.) In such an upside-down world, you’re still able to keep your hearts pure and strive to protect your spiritual practice and be vegan like that. Especially those who are still young, it's very good. Keep up the efforts. It’s a little hard, but just try. Things are obviously getting better and better.
