Stephen Ritz’s work prompted him to found the Green Bronx Food Machine, an organization that integrates plant-based teaching into classrooms. The Green Bronx Food Machine’s mission is to build “healthy, equitable and resilient communities through inspired education, local food systems and 21st century workforce development.”
