It’s never been a better time to make a loving choice in your life, so I've got a few useful tips for helping anyone go vegan. Prepare yourself by purchasing the following items: nutritional yeast, dairy-free milk, legumes, vegan cheese, and animal-people meat substitutes. Nutritional yeast tastes similar to parmesan and is wonderful in soups, stews, pastas, and many other dishes. Additionally, it is filled with protein and B vitamins. Dairy-free milk is a must if you enjoy eating cereal or sipping on tea or coffee. Oat milk is popular, but there are others you can select from, including almond, soy, and coconut milks. Legumes such as chickpeas and lentils are good and can be added to curries, stews, and other dishes as the primary protein source. Vegan cheese and animal-people meat substitutes are helpful in your transition to a vegan diet, since they can curb your cravings for your old favorite foods. You can further educate yourself on veganism by viewing documentaries such as Dominion, What the Health, and Cowspiracy. These will serve as reminders of why you are going vegan and help motivate you on your journey.
