Today, I would like to share a helpful tip with you on how to keep your precious avocados fresh for longer. You may have noticed that avocados go brown or spoil quickly once opened. One solution is to store the avocado in a glass container with a slice of onion next to it. The onion should only come into contact with the avocado’s skin and not the pulp. Research has shown that onion extract inhibits the polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity and thus helps prevent enzymatic browning. This method shouldn’t affect the flavor, so rest assured the remaining avocado will be just as yummy. Another method to keep avocados from browning is to rub the open side of them with lemon juice. Hopefully this will help you reduce waste, enjoy more, and save money!

One: I dreamed that my mom asked me to bring her a statue of Buddha from the table. There were two statues. One is a standing Buddha, the other is a sitting Buddha. Mom said, “Bring the standing statue.” The statue was quite heavy; I could not handle it well. Suddenly, the Buddha picture on a book about the Buddha said to me, “The Buddha statue must be held in a standing position, alright?” I did as He said.
Two: One night, in my dream I saw Master fly out from Your picture. Master just stood there and looked at me with Her eyes full of Love.
