On Friday, April 4, 2025, our Most Compassionate Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) shared the following heartfelt message, reminding humanity that compassion begins with our daily choices. “HES gave us so many things. The Earth also, the planet gave us so many things. It is we who damage it, who make so much destructive energy so that the bad and negative force can use it to strengthen themselves. […] Just be vegan, and you live better. And all things that are damaged or going to be damaged will be healed, all the rivers will be clear and plenty again.” The Overview Effect reveals a timeless truth: when our perspective expands, so does our sense of responsibility.
