Dearest Supreme Master Ching Hai and the Supreme Master TV team, Through watching your wonderful vegan cooking shows, I have discovered an array of delightful dishes. Initially, I tried these recipes for myself and was thrilled with how great they tasted. Inspired by this, I decided to cook for my boss to see her reaction to vegan cuisine. To my delight, she was incredibly enthusiastic about it. Following her positive feedback, I began cooking for her once a week.
After three months, I asked if I could extend this to our entire department of 10 people, and she agreed. With all my love, sincerity, and Your Blessings, I started cooking for the whole department once a month. I recite the Five Holy Names and the Gift. Those who were initially skeptical of veganism began to taste and appreciate the food, finding no fault in the dishes. Now, they eagerly look forward to my dishes and are thoroughly delighted by them. Every time I cook, the entire department is filled with excitement and anticipation. Even employees from other departments can’t resist their curiosity and come to try the dishes. As they enjoy the meals, they share their thoughts about vegan food with each other. Some who were vegetarians have transitioned to being fully vegan, and even those who were animal-people meat-eaters have become vegetarians.
After five months, my colleagues began asking for recipes. They mentioned how expensive vegan food is in restaurants, so they started paying me to cook for them. I use only 1% of the money for spices, and the rest I donate to an animal-people shelter in their names for Christmas Eve. This gesture made them very happy. Now, they even request short videos showing how to recreate my dishes for their families and friends. Vegan food truly has the power to bring peace, love, and connection among humans, our co-inhabitants, the loving animal-people, and the beautiful plants.
