There are many glorious gifts from nature in the form of herbal remedies. I would like to share a healthy herbal tip with you! Sage is a plant known for its aromatics and culinary versatility and contains a wide range of beneficial properties. It’s packed with antioxidants, especially rosmarinic acid, and provides anti-inflammatory effects that can calm the gastrointestinal tract and relieve discomfort. Its mild astringency may soothe the digestive system, alleviating issues like bloating. Furthermore, sage is believed to trigger the production of digestive enzymes, promoting efficient nutrient absorption and assisting in the breakdown of food. You can incorporate sage into savory dishes or even a soothing tea. Just add a couple of tablespoons of fresh common sage leaves (or half that quantity of dried leaves) to a cup or tea infuser. Sage can also be inhaled through aromatherapy to promote digestive health.

Now, it’s time to turn on the joke of the day and have some fun! It’s entitled “Speed Safety.”

An airline passenger was talking to his friend:

“Man, it doesn’t make sense! When you’re flying at 800 kilometers per hour, 12,000 meters in the air, the pilot tells us we are free to roam around the plane, but when we’re on the ground taxiing to the gate at 10 kilometers per hour, he tells us to remain seated for our safety!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Hesti in Indonesia
