Caring Advice from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) on How to Keep Ourselves Free from Unnecessary Body Pain and Aches Throughout Our Daily Lives

Today, we have a tip kindly shared by Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan):

“Hi there, loving Angelic Souls. Doing well in school is not really too much work if you also balance it with some physical fun, sport or even helping Mom with gardening. Seeing plants, flowers blooming and bearing fruits with your own hands’ work is very rewarding. While watering your plants and trees, if your sleeves get wet by any chance, please go change your clothes, so the wet parts of the fabric will not cause you any pain or similar discomfort after. If it’s just a little amount, just wipe it well with a dry towel and/or roll that part up, so the wet part doesn’t touch your skin before continuing your fun and productive hobby. It’s a small thing, but it could cause pain and worry for your parents.

Also, another way to keep your arms pain-free, especially in winter, is to keep draughts out of your bed area, and to place a big rolled blanket or a big candy pillow on the side of the bed that has caused your arm or neck somepain. 

These precautions will help minimize painkiller medications or doctor visits. A hot pack and/or Salonpas will also help to ease the pain. You can also hang a triangle/ covering-all-around-the-bed curtain for a comfy night rest. Easy, just tighten a large piece of cloth into a knot at one end. Hang it on the ceiling by a hook or on the middle of a string across your bed. Spread the curtain around to cover your bed sides. It will feel peaceful to meditate or sleep well in. 

Enjoy whatever’s harmless and good for you. Remember to pray to God to keep yourself safe from all evil before sleep and any time you can. God loves you good kids.”
